Soft velvet Bouffante rayon velvet,  from the 1950's, made in France for Hyman Hendler & Sons. We have washed out the stiffener to make this ribbon even more luxurious than before.

Taffeta or Faille backed velvet in unusual, yummy vintage colors. Think of the wreath bows, the gift-wraps and the sashes.

Priced by the yard, but one just isn't enough, you will want at least 2 yards for a proper bow.
